Solar lights with motion detector are an economical and ecological solution for securing and illuminating your garden. They have no electrical wiring. This means lower energy consumption. What's more, the motion detector adds comfort to your lighting. When you've got your hands full, there's no need to fumble for the light switch - your lights come on automatically. Likewise, in the event of an intruder, your solar-powered lights switch on and warn you, guaranteeing you added security. Last but not least, this saves energy and extends the life of the lamps, which only come on when really needed.
Our motion-sensor-equipped solar lights offer three lighting modes:
- In mode 1: a permanent 75 lumen light is switched on as soon as night falls.
- In mode 2: a permanent light of 75 lumens is activated, but in addition, a light of 400 lumens is switched on when the motion detector detects a presence in the garden.
- In mode 3: the luminaire switches on only when a presence is detected. A 600 lumen light is then switched on for 25 seconds.
It's very simple: solar lighting uses its solar panel to capture the sun's energy during the day. It stores the energy in an internal battery, which is used to power the lamp at night. The motion detector, on the other hand, activates lighting only when it detects movement in the detection zone. This saves energy and extends lamp life.
