Hello. I bought four Orion solar bollards in October 2023. It works quite well but I must point out that the bollards at the level of the light sensors degrade quickly. The coating, which is imitation aluminium rather than aluminium, eventually comes off and no longer reflects the light. It's not great at this level! I've already asked for three of my bollards to be replaced, and they've been sent back (thanks), and the fourth isn't in any shape! Can you please do something?
These lamps are very useful and provide very good lighting, but unfortunately one out of three is no longer working and I don't know what to do. I've put in a call to customer service and I'm waiting for a reply.

I'm pleased with this 'complementary' purchase:
At first, as soon as night falls, the 3 ORION bollards (bought in January) mark out my driveway and light up continuously until their batteries are discharged, then later the 6 GENOVA bollards (bought in December) take over; set to 'C' mode, they only light up if they detect someone passing by. This mix covers the whole night.
Second order from lumihome, once again no disappointment, the bollards are top quality, robust, the detection is sensitive, and the lighting is sufficient to mark out a path.
Powerful lighting with two intensity levels, depending on presence or absence.
Immediate fogging in the lighting part, the seal between the column and the lighting part needs your attention.
I don't know if there's a risk of corrosion on the base if it comes into contact with a cement slab, for example. I'll use gaskets as a precaution.
We'd already changed the outside sconces around the house (lumihome too), and these solar-powered LED bollards are just like them, making for a lovely ensemble. Handy with the sensors, they allow us to locate ourselves in the garden, highlight our privacy screens and see our dogs in the evening without turning on the wall lights. See how long they stay on until daybreak.
