The Halo solar-powered outdoor bollard, part of the Halo family alongside a matching table lamp and wall light, is a new addition to the 2024 collection designed to meet all your outdoor lighting needs. Combining safety, aesthetics and performance, this intelligent bollard is ideal for illuminating your outdoor spaces with style and efficiency. Featuring three distinct lighting modes, it lets you adapt the brightness to suit your preferences and circumstances.

Mode 1: Permanent 100-lumen lighting from dusk onwards, with a runtime of around 8 hours for continuous illumination of your outdoor spaces.
Mode 2: Permanent 100 lumen lighting, which increases to 700 lumen when the bollard detects movement, reinforcing security around your home.
Mode 3: 1000 lumen lighting that activates only when motion is detected, illuminating for +8 seconds to maximize energy efficiency while ensuring optimum protection.

Tailor-made lighting with the Halo Solar Bollard

In addition to its three lighting modes, the Halo Solar Bollard lets you customize the shade of light to suit the mood you want to create:

Warm white ( 3000K ) for a cosy, soothing atmosphere.
Neutral white ( 4000K ) for balanced, natural lighting.
Cool white ( 6500K ) for bright, invigorating light.

Return of a defective item / After-sales service:

For products that break down under warranty, we offer repair or exchange for a similar model, provided the product has not been modified or disassembled and has been used correctly. The accessories required to operate the defective product must be purchased from us or from the same brand. Contact customer service before returning a defective product. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, but we will cover the cost of reshipping the repaired or exchanged product.

Return for non-conforming product :

In the event of an error on our part, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. We will cover the cost of the return. Incomplete, damaged or soiled products will not be reimbursed.

Retractation :

You have 14 days to change your mind. Contact customer service before returning the product in its original packaging. A charge of 5 euros per damaged package will be deducted from the refund. Damaged or used products will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
