Does high-performance garden lighting necessarily mean more energy-consuming lighting? Not at all. Lighting your garden deserves a little thought beforehand. In fact, it's important to draw up a lighting plan before you start. What areas do you want to light? Paths, flowerbeds, trees, water features, terraces... You need to determine the lighting requirements for each area.
Then there's the choice of lighting. For paths and walkways, bollards or recessed spotlights are recommended. For overhead lighting, wall sconces are ideal. Spotlights can be used to highlight a tree or flower bed, while decorative lighting, such as nomadic table lamps, can be used to set the mood in living rooms or relaxation areas.
Finally, you'll need to select the right color temperature. Warm light creates a friendly atmosphere, while white light is preferred for areas requiring greater safety or functionality, such as walkways.
