Return of a defective item / After-sales service:
For products that break down under warranty, we offer repair or exchange for a similar model, provided the product has not been modified or disassembled and has been used correctly. The accessories required to operate the defective product must be purchased from us or from the same brand. Contact customer service before returning a defective product. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, but we will cover the cost of reshipping the repaired or exchanged product.
Return for non-conforming product :
In the event of an error on our part, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. We will cover the cost of the return. Incomplete, damaged or soiled products will not be reimbursed.
Retractation :
You have 14 days to change your mind. Contact customer service before returning the product in its original packaging. A charge of 5 euros per damaged package will be deducted from the refund. Damaged or used products will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
