Do I have to turn the street lamp on and off every day?

No, you can leave it on, and it will automatically switch on at dusk. It will switch itself off at daybreak or when the battery is discharged. Even when switched off, it continues to recharge during the day.

What is its autonomy at night?

A floor lamp's autonomy depends on several factors: the amount of sunlight received during the day and the light intensity used. In maximum power mode, autonomy will inevitably be reduced, whereas in low intensity mode, it will be able to light for longer.
